It was a great day in Port Dover on Friday the 13th. I rode down on my 78 naked Goldwing with Steve on his 82 naked Interstate, Rick on his 83 dresser, Tim on his Kawasaki cruiser and Gary on his Yamaha cruiser. As usual there were many interesting bikes and people

Initial fiberglassing is complete. Fiberglass hates wrapping around sharp angles and this tail has plenty of them so it takes awhile to get the mat to lay down

The plug is spray glued and aluminum foil is placed to facilitate the removal of the fiberglass

The plug has been cut through to the frame so the fiberglass will sit on the frame. A groove has been cut down the center to strengthen the seat area and to make room for the nuts that will attach the seat pan. These areas have been plastered

The basic plastering has been completed on the tail
