The tail light fits nicely into the chopped fender

Chopping the fender: I normally don't like to hack on original Goldwing parts no matter how ugly, but the fender has rusted through where the tail light was mounted so it was a guilt free operation

The shelter cover has been painted the requisite satin black and the shelter will be painted primer gray

It was cold but dry so I went for a ride. With the windchill it felt about 5 degrees... Kelvin

Badge removed on shelter lid and depression filled. Almost ready for paint

Side covers filled, sanded, masked, and ready for paint
