Mounting the Tail

The bodywork is painted and installed
I have to plug the tail wiring into the stock wiring harness and bolt the tail into place

Headlight Bucket Mounted

The fiberglass has been ground down and neatened up and a coat of Bondo has been applied
The headlight bucket has been mounted to the bracket
2 nuts were Bondo Glassed to the inside of the top of the bucket and bolt to the bracket
At the bottom a single bolt goes through the bracket and bucket

Wasaga for Lunch

In July Marv and I made a run up to Wasaga Beach for lunch
Another hot one

Headlight Bucket Fiberglassed

The fiberglassing is done and yes it looks like hell
(for now)
It was a real chore to get the headlights and bracket out of the fiberglassed bucket

Fiberglassing the Bucket

A plug has been made over the headlights and mount with cardboard and plaster
This has been covered with spray glue and aluminum foil in preparation for fiberglassing

Port Dover July Friday the 13th

Another Friday the 13th in 2012
Tim, Mary, Alannah and I left Steve's in Brantford and met Gary and Kirk at the Boston Baptist Church
Pastor Peter Lemont was greeting everyone as they came through on the way to Port Dover

When we arrived in Port Dover it was already hot
