Americade !

It felt good to get off the bikes
We walked the strip and checked out everyone elses bikes
We were mosying but we knew we couldn't stay too long since we had a way to go to get to Laconia
Problem: it started raining   argh
Plan: let's grab dinner and hope it stops

Arriving in Lake George

Here we are in Lake George after riding north. We encountered stop and go traffic on the way which really delayed us and wore out my clutch hand

Fateful Decision

We stopped at Dunkin Donuts because it was decision time; do we detour north to Lake George to catch Americade or continue east to Laconia

I wanted to check out Americade since we were so close but I think Steve and Gary were indifferent

After the GPS said it would only add 25 minutes to our route we decided to go to Americade

Our happy time was close to ending

Another Rest Stop

Here we are at another rest stop

We're starting to look a little weary

This is our second rest stop across the border and my brother is done so it's a good thing we didn't pull out a map to see how much farther we had to go

Rest Stop

This is the first of our many rest stops in the US

At this point we are still having fun

At the Border

Gary and I are waiting for Steve to cross the border at Lewiston
